Only an appointed administrator can add a user. Go to “Settings” → “Users.” Click “Invite employee,” enter their details and email address. The employee will receive an invitation and will be able to install their electronic signature.
No, currently there is no exchange with other EDMS. Inform us about your issue and we will try to resolve it.
To work in EDMS you need a valid QES. You can obtain it from any accredited Certification Authority of the State Tax Service. After receiving the QES, you will need to upload it to your personal account through “Profile” → “Electronic Signatures.”
